With over 15 years’ experience advising public bodies, SMEs, and social enterprises across thousands of public procurement engagements, I work at the intersection of policy, contracts, and service delivery. My focus is on post-award public procurement, specialising in the transition from EU and national procurement law into contract law following tender award, including the design of performance clauses, compliance mechanisms, and dispute-avoidance structures across service contracts. I have a particular emphasis on ESG, Green, and Social Procurement verification in public sector service contracts.
