Personal bio
I am a cross-disciplinary legal and dispute resolution professional specialising in arbitration, mediation, and trauma-informed dispute resolution, with a focus on complex, high-conflict, and sensitive matters.
My practice spans 21 years of commercial disputes, workplace and employment conflicts, family and relationship breakdown, and safeguarding-related cases, where legal issues intersect with behavioural, emotional, and relational dynamics. I bring a dual lens of legal precision and psychologically informed analysis, enabling more effective case management and durable outcomes.
I adopt a trauma-informed and behaviourally aware methodology, recognising the impact of stress, vulnerability, and cognitive bias on decision-making, communication, and conflict escalation. This approach enhances procedural fairness, supports meaningful engagement between parties, and reduces the likelihood of recurrence.
In addition to my dispute resolution practice, I am a mental health and social care practitioner, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Mentoring and Coaching (Nigeria), a Certified Professional Relationship Coach and Mentor, and a Certified Social Impact Coach. These credentials strengthen my capacity to manage multi-layered disputes involving vulnerability, safeguarding concerns, and high emotional intensity.
My work is particularly suited to cases requiring nuanced handling, interdisciplinary insight, and outcome durability, including matters where conventional dispute resolution approaches may not fully address the root causes of conflict.
