I am a construction contracts professional with extensive experience in commercial management, contract administration, and dispute avoidance within the UAE construction industry. I currently serve as Manager – Contracts at AG Marble & Granite LLC, part of Al Ghurair Group, where I manage specialist packages for major developments in UAE.
My expertise includes contract negotiation, risk allocation, variation management, payment certification, claims preparation, and resolution of contractual matters under FIDIC and bespoke contract forms. I regularly work with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure effective contract administration and commercial protection.
As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), I am committed to strengthening my expertise in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and to contributing to the fair and efficient resolution of construction disputes.
