Personal bio
Dr. Spencer Kassimir is an internationally experienced business strategist and academic with a PhD from Victoria University’s Institute for Health and Sport, an MA in East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Southern California, and a Harvard OPM graduate. He specialises in international markets, business negotiation, stakeholder management and dispute resolution. In his experience as a rugby league and cricket match official, he applies the same principles: impartial decision making, laws/rules application and conflict resolution on and off the field.
