Overview;
Koji Fujimi has 32 years' experience in the oil & gas sector, renewable energy sector, chemical & material sector and power sector with a focus on international EPC contracts. Koji experienced in managing positions such as project manager, project controls manager, construction manager, chief design engineer as well as contract/risk manager in prime EPC contractors. He is achieving success in mediation, arbitration and litigation for complex cross-boarder disputes during the period of most challenging time.
Koji was based in Hong Kong, USA, Philippines, Thailand, Korea and Yemen for over 10 years in total to lead multinational teams. He majored in civil engineering; the law of Japan; arbitration law including construction case law inder the British common law. He has successfully passed skill exams of 40-hour hands-on training for mediators, and expert training in arbitration/litigation, both provided by institutions in the context of British common law.
Koji demonstrates strengths in advancing international business management in cross-cultural contexts to build up trust and confidence.
