Mary Anne Wolf, PE, FCIArb, has 25 years of experience as an attorney handling construction and other complex commercial matters. She is an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association construction, commercial, and large cases panels. She is a mediator and arbitrator at Perry Dampf Dispute Solutions and a partner at the Keogh Cox law firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is also a fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Ms. Wolf is a licensed professional engineer (LA) and worked as a project electrical engineer in the construction industry for 10 years before law school. She has a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating and is recognized by Super Lawyers (2024) in construction litigation.
She is a frequent speaker at conferences and author of articles for construction industry professionals. She is a member of the American Bar Association (construction & ADR sections), Louisiana Engineering Society, ACEC of Louisiana, AIA-Louisiana, Louisiana Associated General Contractors, Dispute Resolution Board Foundation, Women's Energy Network (LA), and Louisiana State Bar Assoc. She has handled, as a litigator or arbitrator, complex multimillion-dollar claims involving design and construction defects, construction delay claims, contract disputes, installation errors and equipment failures at petrochemical and other industrial facilities, unfair trade practice claims, hurricane and other catastrophic losses, and product liability claims, as well as pre-claim assistance and early dispute resolution negotiations.
