I am a chartered valuation surveyor with over 35 years' experience, formerly a director of Savills based in London, where I specialised in valuation and property transaction advice - now in practice on my own account at W H Cotterell & Son Chartered Surveyors.
I am also a tenant at Albion Chambers in Bristol where my practice concentrates on property-related litigation & disputes, as an advocate and ADR specialist.
