Kay (Khosrow) Hakakian, ACIArb, is a business executive and entrepreneur with more than five decades of international experience in construction, manufacturing, real estate development, and cross-border commercial transactions.
He has founded and managed multiple companies in North America, Europe, and Russia, including manufacturing operations, large-scale real estate projects, and industrial supply enterprises. His work has involved complex contractual relationships with developers, banks, international partners, and government authorities.
Through this experience he has developed extensive practical expertise in resolving high-stakes commercial disagreements involving partnership disputes, supply contracts, construction projects, financing arrangements, and cross-border transactions.
Kay holds a PhD in Civil Engineering (Prestressed Concrete) from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Tehran University.
He is fluent in English, French and Farsi and also speaks Italian, Spanish, and some Russian.
Kay focuses on dispute resolution in complex commercial, industrial, and cross-border matters where deep understanding of business realities and technical issues is essential.
