Personal bio
Wei Jie is a Chartered quantity surveyor with over 16 years experience in the construction industry, working with leading consultancies across Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. He specialize in cost planning, procurement, tendering, pre and post-contract administration, claim management and final account settlement.
Since 2017, he qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2017 and joined Charlton Martin Consultants Limited. Currently, he focuses on preparation of extension of time, loss and expense and disruption claims, as well as claims evaluation and negotiation. He supports the directors in preparation of quantum expert witness reports and arbitration proceedings. He also provides contractual advice and commercial strategies to the clients.
