Personal bio
I have been described by the Chambers & Partners legal directory as “the go-to barrister for prenuptial agreements”. In my practice as a barrister I draft pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and litigate cases concerning them.
My practice as an arbitrator also has these agreements as its focus. That may be an appointment to determine the correct interpretation of particular terms of an agreement, or it may be to determine the extent to which an agreement should or should not be upheld in the context of financial claims on divorce.
