I have 30 years of experience negotiating cases on behalf of judges in the NYS court system including working in the Queens Commercial Division (1994-2023). I earned an LLM in International Dispute Resolution at Fordham Law School (2022) on top of a JD at St. John's Law (1988) and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (2022). In 2023, I retired as a law clerk to embark on a career in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Before becoming a full-time mediator, I trained for over 4 years, over 200 hours of training, and did an apprenticeship at Queens Community Mediation Services. I am currently a FamilyKind family law apprentice. I am a member of the New York Statewide Mediation Panel (Part 146), circuit civil certified in Florida, and mediator qualified in the State of New Jersey,
As a full-time mediator and special master, I mediate high-value commercial division cases, business break-ups, contractual disputes, attorney-client fee disputes, condo-coop disputes. premises liability, Labor Law Section 241, construction delay and nonconforming work and extra-work matters, employment and wage matters, and real estate disputes.
