My professional journey has shaped me into a results-driven leader specializing in contract management, commercial strategy, procurement, tendering, cost control, and dispute resolution across major real estate, hospitality, and government projects.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led multi-disciplinary teams and spearheaded complex negotiations with clients, contractors, and sub-consultants. I bring in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in FIDIC contract administration, risk management, value engineering, and claims handling, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, scope, and time constraints.
