Construction Adjudicator and Expert with over 49 years’ experience across the construction and engineering sectors. I specialise in dispute resolution, adjudication, quantum, delay, expert evidence, and the commercial and contractual management of construction projects.
I have acted in 239+ adjudications, including 96 as Adjudicator, and have been instructed as an Expert Witness 70+ times in matters involving both Quantum and Delay. My work includes report preparation, joint expert meetings, and giving oral evidence under cross examination.
I hold an LLM in Construction Law & Practice (Distinction) and am a Fellow of the CIArb, Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), and Chartered Builder (MCIOB).
