With 30 years of Civil Engineering and Construction Experience, founded in engineering, technical and project management roles within a major tier 1 contracting organisation, I am able to offer engineering, project management and commercial management at a senior level.
At Director Level, my expertise in project planning and management, controls and risk management has been instrumental in advancing civil engineering solutions that not only meet but exceed industry standards. The strategies implemented under my leadership have emphasized strategic partnerships and proactive risk identification, enhancing project efficiency and successful delivery.
Project experience includes residential, commercial, Mechanical, waste to energy plants, power plants, civil, marine & coastal, rail, highways and environmental and piling/ geotechnical operations, Ranging in values from £30,000 to £100Million+.
