An experienced transaction lawyer and dispute resolution specialist, with a proven track record of success in Corporate and Commercial Law and Practice.
In my dispute resolution experience, I have acted as an Advocate in commercial disputes in courts and before arbitral panels, including recovery of debts, investment disputes, construction and real estate disputes. I have also represented insolvency practitioners and lenders in insolvency proceedings.
In my arbitration practice, I have acted as Tribunal Secretary in ad hoc and institutionally administered arbitration, sat as Sole Arbitrator in ad hoc and institution-administered arbitration, and acted as Co-arbitrator in ad hoc arbitration.
In my Solicitor’s work, I have advised Clients in transactions including Corporate Restructuring/Internal Arrangements, Capital Market, Construction and Real Estate Transactions, and have been involved in conducting requisite Due Diligence and Debt Recovery matters, advising Clients in Investment transactions, negotiating and structuring transactions and agreements.
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Industry Arbitrators, and a Fellow of the Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators.
