Alan Thomas FCIArb is a London-based arbitrator and commercial mediator with more than 30 years’ experience in complex financial and commercial legal practice.
His background includes derivatives, structured finance, complex contractual relationships and high-value commercial negotiations. Alongside being a Fellow of CIArb, Alan is a CMC-registered civil & commercial mediator, accredited by both CEDR and the Society of Mediators.
