Personal bio
I am a development manager and trained mediator with a legal background, specialising in renewable energy, environmental governance, and project delivery. I combine over 20 years’ experience in managing complex infrastructure developments with expertise in dispute resolution and stakeholder engagement.
My career includes leading hydropower and solar schemes across the UK, advising on planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management. My legal training and practical project management experience give me a unique ability to navigate the intersection of contracts, regulation, and on-the-ground delivery.
I also serves as a Director of the British Hydro Association, contributing to strategic leadership and advocacy for the hydropower sector.
My approach is pragmatic, collaborative, and outcomes-focused — helping organisations and stakeholders resolve issues and deliver long-term results.
