Personal bio
Reda Oulamine is a Moroccan-American lawyer based in Casablanca and the founder of Oulamine Law Group, established in 2004. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law.
With more than twenty years of legal practice, he advises businesses, investors and international legal teams on Moroccan business law, cross-border transactions, commercial disputes and dispute prevention. His international background enables him to work across different legal traditions and business environments.
He welcomes enquiries concerning appointments as arbitrator and counsel or co-counsel engagements involving Moroccan law, including collaboration with international law firms.
A Yale World Fellow and former Fulbright scholar, he holds an LL.M. and a Master of Public Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
He is also the founder of the Morocco Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (MIAM), an association established to promote arbitration, mediation and the development of dispute resolution practice.
His working languages are English, French and Arabic.
