Mustafa Ozgoren is a construction contracts and claims consultant with over 25 years of international experience across infrastructure, energy, hydropower, healthcare, airports, and EPC projects. He specialises in contract administration, extension of time and additional payment claims, delay analysis, and dispute avoidance and resolution under FIDIC, NEC, JCT, and bespoke contract forms.
He has supported contractors, employers, engineers, and consultants on high-value projects in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, including work connected with adjudication, dispute boards, arbitration support, and claim determinations. His experience includes the preparation and assessment of claims, forensic review of project records and programmes, and the development of clear contractual and delay-related entitlement positions.
Mustafa holds an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration, is a member of CIArb and RICS, and is the Managing Director of Robust Expert Services Ltd in the United Kingdom.
