Personal bio
Raafat Hokan
Based in Doha, Qatar, I am a Senior Forensic Planning Consultant with extensive experience in managing and analysing complex construction projects. Building on a strong background as a Planning Manager, I specialise in forensic delay analysis, enabling clear identification of project risks, critical delays, and entitlement.
I hold a Master’s degree in Construction Law and Arbitration, complemented by a diploma in forensic schedule analysis. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. My approach combines technical planning expertise with contractual and legal insight, ensuring robust and defensible project outcomes.
I am an active member of the Chartered Institute of Building and PMI, and I maintain a strong interest in advancing best practices in construction planning, claims, and dispute resolution.
I am always open to professional collaboration and knowledge sharing. If you are interested in construction planning, forensic analysis, or construction law, I would be pleased to connect.
