Kieu Anh Vu is the Founder and Managing Partner at KAV Lawyers, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
He is a practitioner specialized in dispute resolution, international arbitration and ADR. He has been list on the panels of arbitrators, mediators of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC, Malaysia), Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI, Thailand), Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC, Thailand), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC, China, eBRAM; the Middle Commercial Arbitration Centre (MCAC, Vietnam), the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (Vietnam), Ho Chi Minh City Commercial Arbitration Centre (TRACENT, Vietnam), etc.
He is also the Vice President, Chair of the Advisory Board of the Middle Commercial Arbitration Centre (MCAC, Vietnam); Deputy Secretary General and in charge of Vice Chair of the Board of Advisory of the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (STAC). He is also a Representative of ICC YAAF for South Asia Chapter during 2021 - 2024.
Mr Kieu Anh Vu resolved more than 100 cases in arbitration, including domestic and international arbitration cases.
In addition, he is a visiting lecturer at Judicial Academy (Ministry of Justice), Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and other some universities in Ho Chi Minh City, lecturing on arbitration, mediation, business law, contract law and legal skills.
