Daniel is a Chartered Arbitrator, independent expert determiner and Chartered Accountant with over 30 years' experience in the resolution of business-related disputes, including as an expert adviser, expert witness, expert determiner and arbitrator. He accepts appointments as expert determiner, arbitrator and early neutral evaluator, particularly in disputes involving accounting, valuation, financial loss and damages.

His practice focuses on shareholder, M&A, partnership and other business disputes, including contested share valuations, completion accounts, purchase price adjustments, deferred consideration, financial loss and damages claims.

Daniel combines extensive dispute resolution experience with specialist expertise in accounting, business valuation and the quantification of financial loss. He is particularly well suited to appointments requiring the determination of complex accounting and valuation issues, including disputes involving competing expert evidence on financial matters.

In addition to his work as a neutral, Daniel has many years' experience as an independent expert witness and forensic accountant in shareholder, M&A, partnership and other business disputes.
