Member of the Scottish Bar (Advocate). Called in 2012. Appointed as King’s Counsel in 2025.
MCIArb 2014; FCIArb 2018.
Ranked as a leading junior counsel in Chambers UK Bar Guide 2019 - 2025.
In addition to expertise in commercial dispute resolution and real estate litigation (including landlord and tenant), instructed regularly in the fields of banking and credit, building disputes, PFI and procurement, corporate governance, insolvency, insurance, partnership, product liability, professional negligence, succession, tax and trusts. I have advised clients from a number of specialist sectors, among them financial services, energy, infrastructure, construction and aviation.
