With a background in civil engineering and ongoing specialization in construction law, I work across FIDIC and bespoke contracts, focusing on EOT and prolongation claims, dispute positioning, and risk management.
My strength lies in developing robust, well-substantiated claims and defense strategies that stand up in negotiation, DRB, and arbitration.
I have been directly involved in arbitration proceedings and Dispute Resolution Board (DRB) processes, contributing to successful outcomes for claimants on high-value projects, as well as supporting dispute avoidance and resolution through structured negotiation and commercial strategy.
