Sultan Al Ghafri is a seasoned legal practitioner, licensed to appear before both the Primary and Appeal Courts of Oman. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at AlKhalili, Al Ghailani & Co LLP (K&Co LLP), where he advises leading domestic and international clients on high-value and complex legal matters. Sultan specializes in arbitration—particularly in construction, finance, and general commercial disputes—and has acted as arbitrator and counsel in numerous domestic and international proceedings. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and widely recognized for his sharp legal acumen and practical approach to dispute resolution.
