Personal bio
I am a Chilean-qualified lawyer with over seven years of experience in arbitration, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including work as senior associate in leading law firms in Chile (Pellegrini Rencoret and Carey). I also served at the National Energy Commission of Chile (CNE), where I advised on regulatory frameworks in electricity markets and large-scale infrastructure.
I recently joined the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) as an Associate Member, reinforcing my commitment to international arbitration and structured dispute management. I am currently pursuing an LL.M. in Law at the University of Edinburgh, with a focus on regulatory governance, private law and cross-border disputes.
My work approach is analytical, pragmatically oriented, and grounded in clear legal reasoning. I am interested in opportunities that connect regulatory expertise with strategic dispute resolution in the energy and infrastructure sectors, both in Latin America and internationally.
