Arbitrator with experience in public procurement, infrastructure, and complex dispute resolution. University professor in arbitration, oral litigation, and government contracts. Co-author of the book “Dispute Board” and founder of Peruvian Young Arbitrators. Committed to practical legal education and the integration of technological tools in arbitration.
