Personal bio
Mitchell is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and construction professional with 16+ years’ experience in the construction industry. He currently works to support the Royal Commission for AlUla with AtkinsRealis Cost Commercial for the AlUla Masterplan and critical assets.
He developed his career working for tier 1 main contractors including Kier PLC and Galliford Try where he has developed a wide range of skills working on a multitude projects up to the value of US$ 220 mn.
Mitchell’s key projects have been as the Cost Management Director (AD) for AtkinsRealis on Sharaan 1 in AlUla, KSA, and in the Caribbean for Glossy Bay Construction as a Commercial Manager/Project Coordinator on a private island developing a luxury marina and resort.
He is a self-motivated and dynamic individual who works well within a team and under his own initiative. As a commercial manager that likes to get involved on site, Mitchell has undertaken several industry safety training courses and is MRICS, MCInstCES, ACIArb and MCIOB accredited.
