Personal bio
I am admitted to practice in Brazil and NY (incl. SDNY and EDNY), with an LL.M. from University of California, Berkeley and an LL.B. from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. My practice focuses on litigation, arbitration and regulatory enforcement matters, involving complex, cross-border issues, including as an arbitrator. As counsel, I have experience in corporate and commercial disputes in arbitrations administered by various institutions, as well as in New York courts and the Delaware Court of Chancery. I also worked in a number of matters related to corruption investigations in Brazil, including DOJ and SEC enforcement matters, and securities fraud class actions in U.S. Courts.
