I am a dispute resolution lawyer with over 15 years of experience in arbitration and litigation across the UAE, Jordan, and the wider region. I act as counsel in domestic and international arbitrations, including cases under institutional rules and ad hoc proceedings following the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. My work spans commercial, construction, energy, real estate, financial, and investment disputes, with a strong focus on complex contractual and technical matters.
I handle all phases of arbitration, from procedural management and drafting submissions to hearings and enforcement or annulment proceedings before national courts. My practice also extends to mediation, negotiation, and settlement facilitation.
I am an active member of several professional bodies, including the ICC, East African Arbitration Association, International Bar Association, GCCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, South Sudan Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
