Secretary-General of the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA), Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry. I have over a decade of professional experience in international commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, with a track record in drafting and implementing arbitration rules, managing complex domestic and cross-border disputes, and ensuring compliance with international best practices.
I serve as a member of the National Committee at the ICC Court of Arbitration and the Committee for Appeals on Patent Registration and Compulsory Licensing of Inventions at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. I hold a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Hertfordshire and have authored several legal publications on mediation, impartiality in arbitration, and anti-corruption frameworks.
