Dr. Haytham Awad Abdalla is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience specializing in trade litigation, arbitration, and corporate law. As Partner & Head of Trade Litigation at Bin Nakhira & Partners, he leads high-stakes commercial disputes, overseeing strategic litigation efforts and arbitration proceedings under ICC and DIAC rules.
Throughout his career, Dr. Abdalla has advised multinational clients on regulatory frameworks, banking conflicts, and commercial arbitration, representing entities across finance, real estate, construction, and technology sectors. His expertise extends to structuring and negotiating complex business agreements, ensuring legal soundness and mitigating risks in high-value transactions.
Previously, he served as a Legal Consultant at BinHaider Advocates & Legal Consultants, where he provided high-level corporate advisory on securities litigation and dispute resolution. His tenure as a Legal Researcher at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry further solidified his expertise in governance, regulatory compliance, and mediation.
Dr. Abdalla holds a Ph.D. in Law from Al Neelain University and a Master’s in Public Law from Juba University. He is an accredited arbitrator, appointed by Ajman Court and Ajman International Commercial Arbitration Center, and a member the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), African Arbitration Association (AfAA), and International Bar Association.
