A Consulting Engineer, Project Management Professional, and Construction Adjudication Expert with over 18 years of progressive experience in infrastructure planning, design, development, and maintenance. He currently serves as the Regional Director at the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) – Nyanza Region, where He oversees major highway maintenance programs and policy implementation. Eng. Julius Mak'Oderoh holds a Master’s degree in International Construction Law, a Diploma in International Commercial Adjudication, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. His professional interests include sustainable infrastructure delivery, construction law, and the promotion of efficient dispute resolution mechanisms within the built environment.
