I am a client-side Project and Contracts Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with over 16 years of experience delivering complex construction and development projects across the UAE. My work covers the full project lifecycle, including procurement strategy, contract structuring, tendering, and execution under FIDIC-based frameworks.
I am a FIDIC Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). My focus is on contract administration, claims management, and dispute avoidance, with particular attention to protecting contractual entitlement through structured commercial and contractual strategies.
I bring a combined perspective of technical delivery, commercial control, and dispute positioning, which allows me to manage risks, variations, and claims effectively across high-value projects.
I am currently advancing my focus into dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation, with the objective of contributing to more efficient and structured dispute practices within the construction industry.
