In this role, she provides comprehensive assistance and guidance to both local and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Her expertise includes corporate affairs licensing, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, franchising, employment, intellectual property, and real estate.
Malisphoung is known for delivering clear and commercially relevant advice that takes into consideration the specific business needs of her clients. She ensures that her recommendations are actionable and enable informed decision-making. With extensive experience in drafting contracts and legal instruments, particularly in commercial, corporate, banking, labor and employment, real estate, intellectual property, and corporate governance areas, she is well-equipped to handle complex transactional matters. Additionally, she is well-versed in tax-related issues, having successfully passed the General Department of Taxation’s tax agent exam in Cambodia.
One of Malisphoung’s areas of expertise lies in reviewing commercial agreements, including lease agreements, loan agreements, sale and purchase agreements, escrow agreements, and other relevant contracts. She meticulously examines these documents to ensure they are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted, vetted, and compliant with all applicable legal requirements.
