Personal bio
Harjaap Singh Ahluwalia is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a member of the Bar Council of Delhi (India). He holds a B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) degree in law from National Law University, Delhi and is currently a Research LLM candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. He is NCA Qualified (Federation of Law Societies of Canada).
Harjaap has a Diploma in International Arbitration from Arbitration Lab and has trained at leading global institutions including the Hague Academy of International Law (Netherlands) where he attended the winter courses in 2024, and the CIL-NUS Global Trade Law Academy 2024 where he passed the Advanced Exam.
