I am an international consultant with more than 20 years of experience in international procurement, contracts and donor and DFI-funded projects across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
My experience spans infrastructure, energy and renewable energy, digitalisation and IT, decentralisation, institutional development and development finance.
Qualified in arbitration and mediation, I combine dispute resolution expertise with extensive practical experience of complex international procurement and contractual environments.
