Personal bio
I am a Fellow of the RICS, an RICS registered valuer and an Associate of the CIarb. I have recently retired from my director role in Savills, based in Belfast. I have circa 44 years broad experience in the Northern Ireland commercial property market. I am a trained expert witness, arbitrator and independent expert and have undertaken a number of appointments over the years. I remain available to accept arbitration appointments in relation to valuation disputes on commercial property in Northern Ireland.
