Currently serving as Outstanding Scientist & Executive Director (Commercial) at Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), a Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.
Experienced in electricity tariff regulation, infrastructure project finance, power purchase agreements, contractual claims evaluation, and regulatory litigation. Has represented the organisation in proceedings before regulatory and appellate authorities including the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, and the Supreme Court of India.
