Holder of a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and a master’s degree (DEA) in Private Law and Finance and Diploma in Professional Development Arbitration from Gloria Academy and the Lebanese American University (LAU).
Currently serving as Operations Governance Manager at Najma Logistics company in Kuwait overseeing contract drafting and control, the development of policies and procedures, compliance alignment, risk mitigation, and operational governance. The role focuses on establishing clear, enforceable agreements and strengthening internal processes and controls to support organizational stability and meet the expectations of banking and regulated clients.
Prior experience includes several years in Legal Operations at Al Tijari Bank in Kuwait, managing court orders, attachment processes, Anti Money Laundering enquiries, and coordination with judicial and governmental authorities. Extensive background in procedure documentation, process mapping, and operational oversight within Central Bank of Kuwait regulated environments, with a strong focus on structured workflows, compliance alignment, and controlled operational execution.
