Personal bio

Tom is dual qualified as an Adjudicator and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, he is currently the Principal for Agoge Consulting Limited which is an RICS regulated firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors. Tom is also a qualified Counsellor for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Tom currently sits on the CEDR, CIC, CIArb, ICE and UKA Panel of Adjudicators, he is also on the CIArb and ICE Low Value Dispute Model Adjudication Procedure (LVD MAP) Panel.

Tom has achieved the grade of Fellow with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Tom is also a member of the Adjudication Society and the Society of Construction Law.
