Extensive experience in the assessment, negotiation, and resolution of complex construction claims and disputes, including matters progressing to formal dispute processes, arbitration, and litigation support. Experienced in advising project stakeholders on contractual entitlement, liability assessment, and dispute avoidance strategies within large-scale infrastructure environments.
