Project Controls and Planning Specialist with over 9 years of experience delivering high-performance scheduling, delay analysis, and claims management across Saudi Arabia’s most iconic mega projects—including Qiddiya City Infrastructure (Package 3), King Salman Park, BRT Project, Justice Palace Renovation, MISK Headquarters, and currently, the KAFD W Hotel and Residential Uplift packages.
I bring deep expertise in Primavera P6, EOT claims (TIA & Window Analysis), progress reporting, and stakeholder coordination within both design and construction phases. Known for my attention to detail, I’ve supported the successful delivery of complex, multi-package programs through robust schedule management, risk mitigation, and contemporary documentation.
My strength lies in developing multi-level time schedules, integrating BOQ mapping, and applying structured weightage plans aligned with client protocols (e.g., KAFD). I’ve contributed to schedule integrity, claim validation, and timely decision-making through clear reporting, dashboarding, and scenario-based analysis.
