Ibiyemi Ruth Olaoyenikan is a Nigerian qualified dispute resolution practitioner with experience in international and domestic arbitration and complex commercial litigation. She previously served as Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, supporting tribunals in investor State and commercial arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules.

She holds an LL.M in Commercial Law and has acted as counsel and co counsel in significant domestic arbitral proceedings. Her professional interests include treaty interpretation and the development of arbitration frameworks within Africa.
