Over 24 years of PQE spanning across transnational disputes, transactions, conflicts of laws, intellectual property rights, international contracts, torts, among other subjects. I am admitted to the Rosters of a number of arbitral institutions and international organizations alike. I have been sole Arbitrator, Co-arbitrator, and Chair in domestic and international arbitrations concerning disputes over Power Purchase Agreements, Oil and Gas, M&A, Franchising, Turnkey Agreements, Insurance, Public-Private Partnerships. I am also an Independent Panelist for international organizations, and in that capacity, I have issued neutral evaluations, compliance reports, and recommendations as part of those organizations’ accountability mechanisms. I have testified as expert witness on Mexican Law before U.S. District Courts. I have provided expert testimony on Mexican law to international arbitration tribunals and expert advice on Mexican law to international law firms.
