Nana Boakye Mensah -Bonsu ESQ, (MCIArb); Nana Boakye is a member of the Ghanaian Bar [practising from the firm SORY & PARTNERS @ LAW] and the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, London [Nigerian Branch], with experience in International Arbitration, representing Oil and Gas Companies domiciled in Ghana.

He is a versatile corporate and commercial practice lawyer, having advised the World Food Logistics Organisation on the legal and regulatory framework, as well as the licensing requirements for establishing a viable Cold Chain business in Ghana and TCL Facilities.

He has also represented institutions, including the Agricultural Development Bank, Omnibisc Bank & Springfield E& P, Bulk Oil Storage and Transport Company Limited, and Softtribe Ghana Limited, in Litigation disputes in the Ghanaian Courts.
Nana Boakye has also advised and represented workers on matters relating to corporate restructuring and redundancy, including workers of American Tower Corporation.

He also served as Legal Research Team Member for the AfDB AMLA project.
