Personal bio
I am an experienced chartered professional and an RICS Registered Expert Witness with in-depth knowledge of external wall assessments and Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW). I have completed the RICS EWS training course and am eligible to sign EWS1 forms for buildings below 18 m under Option B. I am currently practising expert witness report writing for external wall systems.
