With over 35 years of distinguished experience in the construction and contracting management sector, I specialize in claims resolution, dispute avoidance, and arbitration for high-value infrastructure projects. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a Fellow of the Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners (FICCP), I have dedicated my career to ensuring equitable and effective outcomes in construction-related claims and disputes.
I bring exceptional expertise in managing complex claims and disputes within PPP, BOT, EPC, and DBO frameworks, as well as strong familiarity with FIDIC contracts. My skills include early identification and assessment of claims, detailed documentation and analysis, strategic negotiation, and pursuing amicable or legally sound resolutions. I have successfully navigated claims related to variations, delays, and cost overruns, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and minimizing project risks.
During my career, I have led efforts in claims prevention and resolution for one of the region’s most significant infrastructure initiatives. I have a proven record of achieving favorable outcomes in claims management for large-scale projects, including wastewater treatment plants, marine works, and complex infrastructure developments.
