Qin Liu

ane Liu has worked for 20+ years as a lawyer and in-house counsel, out of which around 16 years with semiconductor and other manufacturing sectors. She had worked for multinational companies such as General Electric, GlobalFoundries, and had also worked for China’s domestic companies. Jane Liu is currently the legal vice president of JCET Group. Jane Liu holds a LL.M degree from Yale Law School, and a Master’s Degree of Law from Peking University. She was awarded Greater China GC influencer by Chambers in 2025. Jane Liu is also an arbitrator and a commercial dispute mediator.
