Lokesh is a practicing Advocate with a demonstrated practice in the field of Corporate Commercial Litigation and advisory. With an extensive experience Lokesh advises his clients across various verticals and domains such as Insolvency, ADR, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Consumer Disputes and corporate risk assessment, amongst other areas. His skill set also extends to risk analysis, compliance and corporate advisory.
Lokesh has successfully advised a wide range of companies/institutions (Government/ Private) as well as individual stakeholders to establish and adopt appropriate strategies and assist in dealing with complex legal matters. He has represented clients before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts (Pan India), various District courts and Tribunals (including but not limited to NCLAT, DRAT, NCLT and DRT) across the country, and has successfully advised/represented diverse stakeholders.
In addition to the above, Lokesh is also an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, member of Young International Arbitrators Forum, and a member of Young Vertical of Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
Lokesh is passionate about technology and cars, and is a trained percussionist with inclination towards Classical Indian Music.
